Welcome to DataZoo’s Add-on!

Thank you for choosing DataZoo’s Google Workspace Add-on provided by DataZoo GmbH. This document outlines the terms of service (“Terms”) that govern your use of our add-on, which offers a suite of tools for timeseries forecasting to enhance productivity within Google Workspace.

By installing and using DataZoo’s add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Description of Services

DataZoo’s add-on provides the following tools within Google Workspace, for example:

• Timeseries Forecasting

  • MSTL
  • AutoETS

2. Eligibility

To use DataZoo’s add-on, you must be:

• At least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to form a binding contract.

• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Account and Security

• You must use your Google Workspace account to access DataZoo’s add-on.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Access to some features of DataZoo’s add-on requires a paid subscription.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. The payment is processed through a third-party provider, Stripe.

• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to you.

5. License and Intellectual Property

• DataZoo GmbH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DataZoo’s add-on in accordance with these Terms.

• All content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of DataZoo GmbH and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse DataZoo’s add-on or help anyone else to do so. Specifically, you must not:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes.

• Upload or transmit any content that infringes any third-party rights.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of DataZoo’s add-on is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DataZoo’s add-on at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataZoo GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use DataZoo’s add-on.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of DataZoo’s add-on after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
